Ni-P是一种用于金属及非金属（陶瓷、塑料、玻璃等基材）的功能性镀层工艺（化学镀镍）可以有效地保护了工件免于磨损和腐蚀，提高工件的使用时间及提高其性能。化学镍可以覆盖几乎所有金属和塑料。
Ni-P is a functional electroless nickel plating process for metals and non-metals (substrates including ceramics, plastics, glass, etc.). It effectively protects workpieces from wear and corrosion, extending their service life and enhancing performance. Electroless nickel can coat nearly all metals and plastics.
Ni-electroless nickel coatings offer chemical resistance, high dimensional accuracy, excellent wear resistance, conductivity and superior hardness. They form a uniform coating matching the original contour—even for complex workpieces with edges, indentations, cavities or holes—enabling one-step forming without secondary machining.

Ni-P's wear and corrosion resistance depend on phosphorus content (adjustable) and thickness: higher phosphorus resists corrosion better, lower boosts wear resistance; greater thickness improves both. Balanced per needs.
