Ni-P+PTFE

It features excellent low friction properties, water resistance, and superior anti-stick and release performance. It also boasts good lubricity, corrosion resistance, and thermal conductivity. Additionally, it is conductive, with effects in noise reduction and static prevention.

Ni-P-PTFE 是一种复合镀膜,其中 PTFE 微粒均匀分散并共沉积在化学镀镍 膜中,而且共析聚四氟乙烯的特性和耐久性已经过评估,因此被用 于广泛的领域。

Ni-P-PTFE is a composite coating in which PTFE particles are uniformly dispersed and co-deposited in the electroless nickel plating film. Moreover, the properties and durability of the co-deposited polytetrafluoroethylene have been evaluated, making it applicable in a wide range of fields.

自润滑性:  由于镀膜中含有 PTFE 颗粒,因此对防止磨损和咬合非常 有效。

低摩擦:  具有润滑性的聚四氟乙烯颗粒不仅在镀膜表面上而且在镀 膜内部均匀分散。
耐磨性:  无针孔,覆盖而均一。
耐磨性/抗提伤性:  与树脂和 PTFE 涂层相比,Ni-P-PTFE 不易被划伤且不 会剥落。
耐腐蚀性:  无针孔,覆盖而均一。
附着力:  基体牢固地固定着每个 PTFE 颗粒。另外,因为基体是金 属,所以基体和基材之间的附着力很强。
导电性和防静电:  导电性和防静电:由于基体由金属 (Ni-P) 制成,因此可用 于不能有静电和灰尘的半导体零件和精密设备。
热传导性:  与 PTFE 涂层相比更出色。

Abrasion/scratch resistance: Less prone to scratching and peeling than resin or PTFE coatings.
Corrosion resistance: Pinhole-free with uniform coverage.
Adhesion: Substrate securely bonds each PTFE particle; strong adhesion to base materials due to metallic substrate.
Conductivity & anti-static: Metal (Ni-P) substrate suits semiconductor parts and precision equipment requiring static/dust control.
Thermal conductivity: Superior to PTFE coatings.
Noise reduction: Teflon’s cushioning and lubricity reduce noise when in contact with other metals.
Non-stick & water repellency: Low surface tension resists adhesion to most substances; even thin films exhibit excellent non-stick performance.
