近年来,为了提升燃油效率,汽车行业正积极开发各种能够降低滑动部件摩擦的表面改性技术和

润滑解决方案。其中,表面处理技术种类繁多,包括电镀、热处理、涂层等,通过在滑动表面上

进行优化处理,可以在不同工况下显著改善其润滑性能。

与传统电镀不同,化学镀镍无需外加电流,而是通过化学反应实现在金属表面均匀沉积涂层的过程。

这种工艺的显著优势在于:即使面对形状复杂的零部件,也能实现高均匀性和高尺寸精度的涂层盖。

因此,化学镀镍在要求高滑动性能的部件加工中表现出色,不仅广泛应用于汽车行业,也在工业

机械等多个领域取得了显著成果。

To boost fuel efficiency, the auto industry is developing surface treatments and

lubrication solutions to reduce friction in sliding parts—including plating, heat

treatment, coatings—that enhance lubrication under varying conditions.  

Unlike traditional electroplating, electroless nickel uses chemical reactions

(no external current) to deposit uniform, dimensionally precise coatings, even

on complex parts.   It excels for high-sliding-performance components, with strong results in automotive

and industrial machinery.

干燥环境 Dry environments

在干燥环境中,由于缺乏油类等润滑介质,滑动部件本身需具备良好的滑动特性才能保证运行顺畅。

虽然树脂等有机材料具备一定的自润滑性,但实际应用中,大多数滑动部件仍以金属材质为主。

为赋予金属部件润滑性,常采用表面处理方式,如化学镀镍、涂层、电镀铬等工艺,结合共晶化

的PTFE颗粒,形成具备优良滑动性能的复合涂层——这类处理被统称为“Kaniflon”系列。

通过此类复合处理,金属表面可在干燥条件下实现低摩擦、高耐磨的润滑效果,广泛应用于汽车

精密机械等对滑动性能要求较高的领域。

In dry conditions, sliding parts need good inherent sliding properties as there's no

oil-based lubrication.While resins offer some self-lubrication, most sliding components

are metal.

To add lubricity to metal, surface treatments like electroless nickel, coatings, or hard 

chrome plating—combined with eutectic PTFE particles—create high-performance 

sliding composite coatings, collectively called "Kaniflon" series.

These treatments enable metal surfaces to achieve low friction and high wear resistance

 in dry conditions, widely used in automotive and precision machinery where sliding 

performance is critical.

潮湿环境 Moist environments

在潮湿环境中,润滑条件因使用部位的复杂性而多变,例如所需润滑油的种类、粘度、使用量,

以及其消耗速度等因素。此外,负载、滑动速度、温度等工况的变化也会显著影响润滑效果。

因此,在这类环境下,选择最适合的表面处理工艺变得尤为困难。需要综合考虑各种使用条件,

才能确保表面处理在实际应用中发挥最佳性能。

Lubrication here varies with component complexity (lubricant type, viscosity, dosage, consumption) 

and operating conditions (load, speed, temperature), making surface treatment selection tricky. 

All factors must be considered for optimal performance.
