Shanghai Aokawa provides electroless nickel and electroplating equipment (design, sales, after-sales), with metal/plastic processing, electrical assembly and after-sales teams. It offers auto-lines (barrel/rack gantry, copper-nickel-chrome, hard chrome, hardware) and related gear, focusing on stable, advanced, user-friendly, cost-effective surface treatment equipment for aerospace, auto parts, communications, medical devices, daily necessities, etc.—military and civilian.

6. 设备规范操作培训；在设备交付给客户使用阶段，我司委派专人针对设备的正规操作及出现 故障的排除，给与两次的专业训练，保障贵司设备操作员能熟练掌握开机技能；

7. 设备的维护保养手册；在设备交付后60天内，完成设备操作说明及保养手册的交付工作；文 本共两份；

Our equipment designs prioritize safety, reliability, environmental compliance, energy efficiency and performance.   3. All equipment has files; it can be adjusted/upgraded per customer's product/process changes.   4. Free 1-year maintenance for our products, excluding consumables or damage from improper operation.   5. With open, remotely operable programs, we offer free assistance for new program needs.   6. Two professional trainings on standard operation and troubleshooting after delivery to ensure operators' proficiency.   7. Equipment operation and maintenance manuals (2 copies) delivered within 60 days of equipment delivery.

维护保障，收到客户信息后，在国内基本做到2小时内有响应，4小时内有处理方案反馈，必要时能到达客户现场的能力；

For maintenance support, we generally respond to customer inquiries within 2 hours domestically, provide a solution within 4 hours, and can reach the customer's site when necessary.
