工件表面处理中的常见问题与解答
什么样的表面可以镀层？
所有金属与常规结构钢，铝及铝合金，以及陶瓷，PVC，玻璃等，软金属除外（例如铅，锡等）
可以处理不规则同时带有复杂内部结构或者中空表面吗？
可以，因为化学镍的可镀性强，在前处理准备完善的前提下，镀膜可以均匀覆盖，镀液所到之处均可以上镀
镀层厚度是一致的吗？
不管工件的表面如何复杂，化学镍的镀层厚度都是一致且均匀的。同时厚度都是可控的
化学镍的厚度是多少？
镀层的厚度可以镀到很厚，但是常规的镀层厚度一般在5-80微米之间，大部分的镀层在5-30微米之间，同时还有一部分的复合镀层。厚度越厚对技术要求越高。我们可以常规操作在1-100微米之间
可以有选择性的镀某一部分，其余部分不镀吗？
可以，实际操作中需要您提供设计图纸，包含以下内容：
工件的重点使用面：需要镀层的部分，而且是重点使用的部分
工件中一定不能镀的部分
一般来说带有孔洞的需要确认是否能镀，如果能镀确认镀膜厚度，避免公差，螺丝螺纹的部分需要确认。如果明确不镀的部分，遮蔽的工作将会使工件的整体单价升高，往往远高于全镀的价格。
镀层的结合力好吗？是否可重复加工？
是的，可以
化学镍镀层在所有金属上的结合力很强，需要客户在提供样件的时候给到准确的基材信息，以便我们在工件前处理时候给到不同的方案。
对于需要重复使用的工件，由于工作一段时间后镀膜被磨耗，可以将此工件重新回炉加工，重新给工件加上新的保护层。
化学镀的挂镀和滚镀的区别？
化学镀挂镀需要找挂点，工件需标出哪些地方是可以做为挂点的。
化学镍滚镀则适合特小件工件，速度快，成本相对较低，但个别工件会出现色差。
What surfaces can be plated? All metals (structural steel, aluminum, alloys) and non-metals (ceramics, PVC, glass, etc.) except soft ones (lead, tin, etc.). Can irregular/complex hollow surfaces be processed? Yes. With proper pre-treatment, electroless nickel uniformly coats all areas reached by the solution. Is coating thickness consistent? Yes, even on complex surfaces. Thickness is controllable. What’s the thickness range? Typically 5–80μm (most 5–30μm); we handle 1–100μm. Thicker requires higher expertise. Can plating be selective? Yes, but needs drawings specifying: - Areas to plate (key use surfaces) - Areas not to plate Note: Holes/threads need confirmation. Masking unplated areas costs more than full plating. Adhesion & reprocessing? Strong adhesion to all metals (provide substrate info for pre-treatment). Worn coatings can be reprocessed for new layers. Rack vs barrel plating? - Rack: Needs hanging points (mark allowed areas). - Barrel: For small parts, faster, cheaper; possible slight color variation.
