镀层组成: 镍 97wt% 以上,磷 1-3wt% 以上,硼 1wt% 以下
光泽度: 与化学镀镍磷不同 , 它具有明亮的光泽。
Ni-P+B Coating Properties: - Composition: ≥97wt% Ni, 1–3wt% P, <1wt% B. - Wear resistance: 2–3x electroless Ni-P (low friction, high hardness). - Hardness: >HV700 as-plated; HV1000 after 400°C heat treatment. - Heat resistance: Better than Ni-P, usable at 400°C. - Impact resistance: Tough, no cracking/brittleness. - Lubricity: 1/3 friction coefficient of Ni-P, prevents seizing. - Precision: ±10% thickness tolerance, uniform. - Gloss: Bright (unlike Ni-P).
