Shanghai Autra Precision Surface Treatment Co., Ltd. processes the contact person, contact details, requirement description and attachments you submit voluntarily for selection, processing evaluation and follow-up communication. Please do not submit personal information unrelated to your request.
Access & retention
Inquiries and drawings are visible only to administrators and authorized engineers and do not enter the public media library. The system has no automatic expiry deletion; long-term retention supports ongoing technical service. You may submit a deletion request with your request number and query key, which administrators will process after verification. Information that must be retained by law for business purposes is explained separately.
Email & third-party processing
Internal notifications may send a requirement summary and a login link via the company’s configured email service; drawing attachments are not sent by default. Customer drawings are not automatically sent to third-party AI models. Any such processing added in future will be clearly explained separately.
Contact & deletion
You may make inquiry, correction and deletion requests via the website service hotline or the deletion request page. Historical backups after deletion are phased out according to the administrator’s backup cycle; when backups are restored, deleted records should be handled accordingly.
This website uses Baidu Tongji (Baidu Analytics) to analyze visits and does not collect personally identifiable information.
