From requirement confirmation to batch delivery, every processing job and every chemical request has a clear follow-up record.
AUTRA has developed a customer tracking system that brings technical confirmation, order batches, published progress and deliverables together in the Customer Center, so both sides communicate against the same version.
Different workpieces and batches, tracked separately
You focus on target performance, quantity and delivery. Engineers evaluate the technical solution, execute it by confirmed version, and report progress batch by batch.
What information you can see
Requirements & evaluation
Brings together drawings, substrate, dimensions, quantity and target performance, and records the requirement list and engineer feedback.
Technical confirmation
View the confirmed version for this job; request changes when adjustments are needed, with previous and current versions and confirmation records retained.
Processing & inspection
View published scheduling, processing and inspection status by workpiece and batch, along with the corresponding inspection reports.
Batch delivery
View quantities and published shipping records for each batch; completing one batch does not mean the whole order is complete.
From selection discussions through supply and usage feedback
Requirements are recorded around product, production conditions and consumption, linking selection confirmation, product batches and subsequent usage issues.
01
Selection & requirement confirmation
Record target performance, substrate, bath volume, production conditions and expected consumption; check product and requirements against the engineer's evaluation.
02
Products, batches & shipping
View confirmed products, supply batches, quantities and published delivery information by order, making it easy for purchasing and the shop floor to cross-check.
03
Usage issues & follow-up
Usage feedback, supplementary documents and follow-up handling records are stored together to support ongoing communication between sales and engineers.

Communication with a basis, documents with boundaries
Requirements, confirmations and deliveries each have records. What a customer can view is tied to the company, contact person and authorized matters.
The confirmed version prevails
Technical requirement changes are reconfirmed; submitting change comments or uploading signed/stamped files is not automatically treated as customer confirmation.
Reports viewable after publication
Inspection reports and progress are published separately. The Customer Center shows authorized, published documents; unpublished records are not shown to customers.
View only authorized matters
Once formally launched, accounts are created by AUTRA with an assigned scope. Numbers or QR codes are used to locate matters; viewing still requires login and authorization.
CONFIDENTIALITY
Confirm confidentiality arrangements before providing drawings
You can first generate an NDA negotiation draft to check both parties, project scope and confidentiality requirements. After formal signing, provide approved documents as agreed.
Generate an NDA draft instantly
Enter the company and project code name to generate, preview and download in the browser. Content is not uploaded or saved to the server; the draft is clearly marked "Unsigned".
Online e-signature is not yet enabled. The formal agreement text, signatory authorization and signing method must be confirmed by both parties; downloading the draft or ticking a box does not constitute signing.
HTTPS / TLS encrypted connection
The public review site protects connections with HTTPS / TLS; this page does not accept customer drawings or order documents. When the formal customer system is connected, the upload channel and storage protection settings will be verified.
The website is currently in functional review; this page does not offer online login, drawing upload or inquiry submission. The NDA draft can be generated and downloaded in your local browser and does not mean it has been signed. Once the formal customer portal opens, AUTRA will create accounts and tell you how to access them. For now, please contact us via the service hotline or the About & Contact page.
Is progress updated automatically in real time?
Progress is recorded, checked and published by AUTRA staff; customers see the most recently published information. The system does not represent real-time equipment data; to learn the current schedule, please contact the person in charge.
How do I view an order with multiple workpieces or several deliveries?
Workpieces or products and batches can be set up separately under an order, recording quantity, executed version and delivery status. Each batch is followed up independently; completing a single batch does not automatically mark the whole order as complete.
Will a requirement change overwrite the previous confirmation?
Technical confirmations are kept by version. Customers can confirm or request changes to the current version; subsequent execution is based on the confirmed version, making it easy to trace requirements both sides have discussed.
