Application needs

Corrosive media, temperature, pressure, erosion and wear must be evaluated together. Life in actual media cannot be inferred from neutral salt spray hours alone.

Pumps, valves and other parts in contact with media. This is an application evaluation direction and does not indicate that any specific customer project has been undertaken.

Prepare before evaluation

Media composition and concentration, temperature and pressure range, flow velocity, location of corrosion or wear, and inspection method.

From requirement to verification

1. Submit drawings stating the substrate, quantity and operating conditions.
2. Engineers check pretreatment, coating system, thickness and assembly requirements.
3. Arrange sample verification as needed, and confirm quotation and acceptance conditions.
