Shanghai Autra Precision Surface Treatment Co., Ltd.

Power equipment

Selection for power equipment should consider environmental corrosion, mechanical wear and electrical contact separately. Whether electroless nickel and composite coatings are suitable must be evaluated against the substrate, mating surfaces and electrical specifications; general corrosion data cannot replace conductivity or insulation verification.

Part types open for discussion

Power equipment connectors, mechanism parts and outdoor metal components. This is an application evaluation direction and does not indicate that any specific customer project has been undertaken.

Prepare before evaluation

Indoor/outdoor environment, temperature and humidity, contact media, whether it carries electrical contact, contact resistance target, assembly tolerances and corrosion acceptance conditions.

From requirement to verification

  1. Submit drawings stating the substrate, quantity and operating conditions.
  2. Engineers check pretreatment, coating system, thickness and assembly requirements.
  3. Arrange sample verification as needed, and confirm quotation and acceptance conditions.
