Parts and coating directions are compiled from the original website application cases. Positions in the figure are reconstructed by system relationship; this does not mean any one vehicle model uses all these parts. Specific coated surfaces, dimensions, tolerances and thickness are confirmed per part drawing.
Application needs
Focus on wear, friction, corrosion and dimensional change of mating surfaces. Heat treatment may affect the substrate or coating; state any limits at the evaluation stage.
Part types open for discussion
Pistons, transmission parts, shafts and aluminum alloy sliding parts. This is an application evaluation direction and does not indicate that any specific customer project has been undertaken.
Prepare before evaluation
Mating material, lubrication conditions, load, temperature, heat-treatment limits, batch size and acceptance conditions.
From requirement to verification
- Submit drawings stating the substrate, quantity and operating conditions.
- Engineers check pretreatment, coating system, thickness and assembly requirements.
- Arrange sample verification as needed, and confirm quotation and acceptance conditions.
